Wild Goose Lodge - a fine hotel...

Wild Goose Lodge is the perfect place to have a family vacation. The Lodge crowns a 6-acre hilltop site of groomed land in the tiny fishing village of French River off of Route 20, located on the Island's north shore. The Lodge's sturdy two-story, cedar round-log construction, houses six independent fully equipped house keeping units (five - 2 bedroom and one - 3 bedroom unit). The second floor lounging area opens onto a spacious open air sun-deck commanding a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Located right at the French River Wharf, The Wharf contains fully equipped 2 bedroom housekeeping units and a 3-piece bath. Picnic tables and propane barbecues are onsite. These units are only minutes to lovely, quiet, white sand beaches and within ten miles of major attractions and amenities. Golf Packages Available! Go to the western end of P.E.I. and experience Mill River and “enjoy” the never-ending doglegs and be sure to let us know if you find a level green! A fun course to play and a true test of golf! After conquering Mill River, why not head to the Cavendish area where you will find a few challenges as you golf some o the finest courses in PEI. Prince Edward Island’s major resort area is in and around the community of Cavendish. Cavendish has four of the Islands best courses in Green Gables, Glasgow Hills, Eagles Glenn and, Anderson’s Creek. All are top-notch courses comparable to any found on the Island. After you have finished these courses you can start heading to the eastern end of the island where you will find more of our best courses.
